ABELDent Scribe is an advanced voice‑to‑note solution designed to help you save time in the operatory. ABELDent Scribe helps you streamline clinical documentation by recording your conversations and turning the recording into clinical notes for you to review, edit, approve, and sign off on after the appointment.
ABELDent Scribe employs sophisticated voice recognition and natural language processing to convert spoken clinical details into structured, templated note recommendations in real time. This functionality ensures accuracy and consistency while minimizing manual data entry, helping you save time in the operatory.
How ABELDent Scribe Works
ABELDent Scribe is easily accessible directly from the Patient Sidebar or the Global Navigation Bar. After selecting a template and confirming patient consent, click the Record button and simply begin speaking. ABELDent Scribe listens in real time, capturing relevant details as the appointment progresses.
Once recording stops, Scribe generates a clinical note suggestion based on the recorded conversation. These suggestions appear in the Clinical Note Builder in ABELDent, where users can review, edit, and finalize them before saving. You can sign off on your clinical note and lock it to prevent future edits.
